👐 Community Goods

At JagPool, we believe in supporting initiatives that strengthen the Solana ecosystem in our 2 supported regions: Latin America (LATAM) and APAC. Our Community Goods program recognizes and rewards validators who invest in the ecosystem — with dedicated stake delegation.

❓ What are Community Goods?

Community Goods are initiatives, projects, or contributions that benefit the broader Solana ecosystem, especially in our focus regions. These can include:

  • Educational content
  • Development tools
  • Community events
  • Technical documentation
  • Open-source projects
  • Regional meetups and workshops

🖊️ Declaring your goods (pool validators)

If you run a validator in the pool, you declare your goods yourself — no form to email, no waiting:

👉 Your validator page on jagpool.xyz → "Declare goods"

For each good you provide:

FieldWhat it's for
TitleThe good's name
DescriptionOne line on what it does
URLWhere it lives — must be https://
Impact link (required)Proof it exists and helps: a repo, metrics, event recaps. Impact is the eligibility.

You sign the declaration with your validator identity key (solana sign-offchain-message) — a message, never a transaction, exactly like the contacts form.

What happens next

  • Each good is reviewed before it appears. Nothing shows on your page until it's approved.
  • Approved goods drive the community-goods stake bonus — approval and reward move together.
  • A rejected good carries the reviewer's note, visible on your goods page. Fix it and resubmit — that's the normal loop, not a failure.
  • Your declaration is a whole set. To update, resubmit the full list: unchanged goods keep their approval, edited ones are reviewed again, and a good you leave out is removed from your page.
  • Approvals are revalidated periodically (about every six months). If the pool asks whether a good still lives, that's the program working — a grant should not outlive its reason.

🤝 Not running a pool validator?

You're still welcome. The stake bonus can only reach a validator — that's what the pool delegates to — but JagPool also supports community initiatives through network access, resource sharing, and visibility in our channels.
