📜 Delegation Criteria
JagPool is committed to decentralizing the Solana network by supporting high-performance, mission-aligned validators — with a strong focus on LATAM infrastructure.
This page outlines our validator inclusion and exclusion criteria, along with performance, branding, and contribution requirements.
✅ Inclusion Criteria
A validator becomes eligible for JagPool delegation if all of the following are met:

- We take snapshots every epoch to verify location consistency
📈 Performance

- Downtime: under 10 hours in the past 30 days
- Stake cap: 1,000,000 SOL

They may reapply once they meet the criteria again.

- Commission Rugging (abrupt, exploitative fee increases)
- Engaging in malicious behavior (e.g. sandwiching, tip stealing)
- Toxic or harmful conduct within the community
