📡 Shreds Publisher

JagPool operates shreds publisher endpoints powered by bloXroute BDN to improve block propagation for validators in our supported regions. By connecting to these endpoints, validators can receive shreds faster, reducing skip rates and improving overall performance.

🌍 Supported Regions

These are the primary endpoints for validators located in JagPool's supported regions. Each region has two redundant endpoints for high availability.

Singapore (APAC)

EndpointPort
sg1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
sg2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

Sao Paulo (LATAM)

EndpointPort
sp1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
sp2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

South Africa

EndpointPort
sa1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
sa2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

🔄 Hotswap Endpoints (Outside Supported Regions)

These additional endpoints are available for validators that need to temporarily hotswap to a location outside JagPool's supported regions. Same port 8888 applies.

Frankfurt

EndpointPort
fra1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
fra2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

Amsterdam

EndpointPort
ams1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
ams2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

New York

EndpointPort
ny1-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888
ny2-shreds.blxrbdn.com8888

⚙️ Validator Configuration

Add the --shred-receiver-address flag to your validator startup arguments with the endpoints for your region. Use both endpoints for redundancy:

--shred-receiver-address sg1-shreds.blxrbdn.com:8888,sg2-shreds.blxrbdn.com:8888
tip

Always configure both endpoints for your region to ensure high availability. If one endpoint goes down, your validator will continue receiving shreds from the other.

info

Hotswap endpoints are meant for temporary use during maintenance or migration. Validators should connect to their primary regional endpoints under normal operation.
